Every finished package of agriculture twine is equipped with a paper label providing all the information on the product, storage demands and ways of use printed in Polish, English, German and French. In order to ensure proper taking out the twine from the centre of a package, the small label START indicates beginnig of the twine. Each package is then wrapped in shrink foil. Next, two of the identical packages are fastened together with PP strap thus making a packet.

Accordingly to the kind of assortment, the twines are placed on wooden pallets of size 1300x1000x150mm or 1200x1000x150mm.

For example:

• HEROS (1000 m/kg; a=2.0kg) is layed in up to 12 layers per 48 pcs., i.e. 504 pcs. per pallet.

• HEROS (1000 m/kg; a=4.0kg), GOLIAT (700 m/kg; a=4.8kg), ROLLER (750m/kg; a=4,8kg), TUR (570m/kg; a=3,5kg), TYTAN (500 m/kg; a=4.0kg), ATLAS (400 m/kg; a=4.0kg) is layed in up to 8 layers per 30 pcs., i.e. 240 pcs. per pallet.

•  GIGANT (110, 130,150 m/kg; a=9,0kg), GIGANT Power in Knot (110, 130,150 m/kg; a=9,0kg) GIGANT JUMBO (110, 130,150 m/kg; a=12,0kg)is layed in up to 6 layers per 20 pcs., i.e. 120 pcs. per pallet.

Full pallets get wrapped in shrink foil. In order to protect the products against impact of negative weather conditions and dampness, each pallet is additionally protected by the black foil covering the top layer of packages as well as by the transparent foil (or a sheet of cardboard) put down on the pallet before laying down the packages.
