Opening of the DEFALINET modern production hall was celebrated on December 12, 2009.added 2010-01-04

On 12th December '09 the DEFALINET modern production hall was ceremonially opened at Towarowa Street in the Industry Park of Świdnica.

DEFALINET is a fully automatic production hall of 5000 sq.m., equipped with 4 extrusion lines and 24 looms designated for manufacturing agriculture nets and packaging nets, aiming to the estimated total capacity 5000 tons per year. There are several stages of the production process, beginning from raw material to final products. Ready nets are transported by belt conveyors to the store to be finally checked, marked with bar code and placed on the pallets as ordered.

The ceremony was opened by Mr. Jarosław Witkowski, the Chairman of Invest Park Development - the company which had prepared the project and constructed the building. The representatives of local authorities: Mr.Wojciech Murdzek the president of Świdnica, Mr.Zygmunt Worsa the governor of Świdnica, Mr. Ryszard Wawryniewicz the deputy governor of Świdnica and Mr.Mirosław Greber the chairman of Special Economy Zone of Wałbrzych were also present at the celebration.

The new factory was ceremoniously blessed by Bishop Suffragan Adam Bałabuch.

Mr.Lubomir Trojanowski, the President of Defalin Group S.A. Board of Directors, presented plans of the company development. Exactly on the 100th anniversary of the Defalin's establishing, in 2011, next stage of the investment will be started, Mr.Trojanowski said. The company intend to put in total amount of 54 million zloty for the further investments in Świdnica until 2014.
