STRUCTURE OF THE NET ROLNET

ROLNET has the mesh structure same as those widely applied by the wrap nets' manufacturers. This product contains 50 chains which are placed every 2.54mm on its full width.

STRENGTH

Constant basic weight of the foil used for net's production guarantees manufacturing the net of >250kg (245 daN) strength.

FROM EDGE TO EDGE

Bales get covered with the net all over their width from edge to edge.

POWERFUL SYSTEM

The thickened strip in the middle of the net allows to eliminate so called "cigar effect" and to uniformely spread the net onto the full width of bale during harvesting the swathe.

REGULARITY

Applying the netwrapping solution guarantees regular surface of the bales.

LENGTH

>2000m. of the roll length guarantees obtaining up to 200 bales from one roll of net and depends on the set number of wrappings and pressure strength in the baling machine.

ANTISTATIC

This component (2% standard addition) facilitates unwinding the net in the baling machine and eliminates process of electrifying.

UV

The UV stabilizer (2% standard addition) protects the net against excessive solar radiation.

PREVENTION FROM SOAKING

Structure of the net prevents the harvest material from soaking when stored in the open field.
