Modern technologies of polypropylene processing are based on the physical transformation of the granulated raw material into products (such as a strapping tape) or semi-products (such as a yearn for twines&ropes manufacturing).

The process including foil pressing, its forming through cooling in tubs, cutting the foil to the appropriate width, depending on the needs, ensuring proper orientation of the hydrocarbon particle chains in the stretching oven, as well as the final spinning, is fully automated, with the equipment working within continuous manufacturing lines. Those sophisticated technological appliances were purchased by the Company from their respective manufacturers, each renowned worldwide, from Western European countries.

The machinery facilities possessed by Defalin includes also modern machines and appliances for twisting the twines and ropes, as well as automatic transport lines for the products to be carried to the finished product packaging and palleting positions. The whole thing is supervised by the computer control, weighing and labelling systems.
